Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-18

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have. We respect your privacy.

1. Who we are

The data controller is the provider of the FreeWeb service: Individual Entrepreneur Karlo Kovzanadze, address: 76 Merab Kostava St, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact: contact@freeweb.ge, +995 571 70 70 50.

2. What data we collect

Name, email, phone, business name and order details (including uploaded materials). We do not store full payment card data; we keep only a secure token and the last digits of the card so the monthly payment can be processed.

3. How we use it

The data is used solely to build your website, deliver the service and process payments. We use your phone number to verify it with a one-time SMS code and to contact you (including via WhatsApp) about your order. We only send you emails related to the service (order confirmation, billing). We do not send marketing messages.

4. Legal basis

We process data to perform the contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and within our legitimate interests.

5. Third parties

We use trusted services to process data: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Resend (transactional email), an SMS provider (to send a one-time code for phone verification), Google Workspace (correspondence) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Card payment data is processed directly by the licensed payment provider Flitt, not by us.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use only essential cookies for authentication. The website analytics (Vercel) work without cookies and do not collect personally identifying information. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Marketing

We do not send marketing emails or newsletters. Every message relates directly to your order and the service.

8. Retention

Data is stored on secure servers. After a subscription is cancelled, your personal data is deleted within a reasonable period (a backup is kept for 60 days). Billing and accounting records are retained for the period required by Georgian law, as required by law.

9. Security

Access to data is restricted and protected with encryption in transit. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

10. Your rights

You can request to view, correct or delete your data. To make a request, contact us.

11. International transfers

The infrastructure of our service providers (e.g. Supabase, Vercel) may be located outside Georgia, so data may be processed on servers in other countries.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are reflected on this page with an updated date.

13. Contact

For any question about your data, contact us at contact@freeweb.ge.
