Yes, you can cancel anytime, with no commitment. You can even try it for a single month. After cancellation the site goes offline, and we keep a backup for 60 days, during which you can reactivate or buy out the site at any time.
It depends on the website type: one-page, 5–7 working days; business website, 10-14 working days; catalog, 2–3 weeks; online store, 3–4 weeks. The clock starts once you have sent us all the materials (logo, photos, text).
Yes. Hosting, an SSL certificate (https) and a standard domain (.ge or .com) are already included. There is no extra charge. If you want a premium or non-standard domain, you only pay the difference at cost, once a year.
While the subscription is active, the site code belongs to us. If you want full ownership, you can buy the site out. The buyout price drops every month until it reaches the minimum value and stops. See the exact monthly schedule in the buyout schedule. After the buyout, the code is yours forever. Over the long run you never pay 2–3x the value of the site.
The website code and content are fully ours. In the case of a buyout, we hand over all existing files and code.
Yes. On the Basic plan a change (text, photos, prices, opening hours) costs a one-time fee of 50 ₾ and is done within 3–5 working days. If you need changes often, the Premium plan is the better deal: changes are unlimited and fast (24–48 hours).
Yes. You can switch from Basic to Premium anytime from your dashboard, with one click. The difference applies from the next billing period. The Premium plan includes unlimited fast changes, priority support and ongoing maintenance.
The system automatically retries. If the payment cannot go through within 3 days, the status changes to "past due" and our team contacts you.
